autoinstaller::Functions::install: An error occurred while performing installation steps

    Can anyone help please?

  • Same here !

autoinstaller::Adapter::DebianAdapter::uninstallPackages : Could not unset "hold" state on packages: Unknown error

@uncle Sam you can try to uninstall awstats by hand, evtl. that will work, or just show up the next package.

    apt-get --purge remove awstats

Edit: i installed last version (imscp-1.2.14) after the error above and everything ist working fine now
locking for a fix to come up

  • @IngoL.

You problem has nothing to do with @UncleSam problem.

    Anyway, distro? codename?

BTW: Downgrading is a bad choice here.

    You disabled awstats during installation?

    Anyway, distro?, codename?

  • Distro: Ubuntu Server LTS 14.04
Codname: sry no idea what info you need here (Ubutnu 14.04 Codename: 14.04.4 LTS, Trusty Tahr)

btw: I switched back to 1.2.14 because I need a running system - without any troubles. everything is working fine :S

    (Teamviewer available if needed)

  • @UncleSam

    Thanks for the distro info.

A fix is available. It will be part of next release. For now, you can look at: https://github.com/i-MSCP/imsc…a025e67eee...f0d77c49b373

  • you are right, sorry:

    Ubuntu 12.04.5 LTS

    i-MSCP 1.2.11 tryed update directly to i-MSCP 1.2.15, after that fails 2.13, 2.14

  • @IngoL.

Can I check you server? If yes, add my SSH key. I've not that problem with 12.04.

Could you also give me the result of the following command:

    1. # apt-mark unhold php5-common; echo $?

  • @IngoL.

  • Thanks, but after i broke some other stuff i restored my Snapshot Backup...not my day :-)

I try again, but not today.

Thank you very much for your offer, but i need a running system for automatic tasks during the night.

I will post here again when i try next time.

  • @IngoL.
