You have no domains and want to add your first domain? What do your logfiles / debug log tell you? This can happen if there are wrong entries in the dns files (had that too).

Open ssh console. Edit /etc/imscp/imscp.conf
Search for DEBUG and it to 1
Now start the requestmanger... You will find him under /var/www/imscp/engine -

Server fixed.
- Problem about extended attributes has been solved by installing the last stable branch (see the directory /usr/local/src/nuxwin_support/imscp-stable). Indeed, your file system "simfs" (openVZ container?) doesn't support extended attributes. The last stable branch which contain the 1.1.6 code has better detection support for such a thing.
