What is the Highest version of PHP 7.4 that can be used I have edited the php_compiler file for version 7.4 to go to 7.4.6,7.4.11,7.4.14 all fail to install ?

Why do you all insist in compiling PHP versions, when sury.org provides us with pre-build and fully working packages ?
