Domain Problem

  • @Iceman

    This is a DNS problem.

In the Apache vhost, the following IP are set for the <domain.tld> domain name:

    • A which is the server primary IP that you entered during i-MSCP setup
    • B which is the IP assigned to the customer through the control panel

The problem is that in the DNS zone of the <domain.tld> domain, the following IP is set for the A records:

    • C

So what to do now to solve the problem? Edit the DNS zone of the <domain.tld> domain and for the A records of the following domains:

    • <domain.tld>

    change the IP to: B

Note that you must maybe update also other records. Of course, You'll have to wait DNS propagation for testing again.

Note, I deliberately replaced the IPs by letters ;)

Fixed. As you said me in private, The IP in the DNS zone was correct. You simply forgot to change IPs in control panel (adding new IPs through admin interface, assigning the new IPs to your reseller and then, as reseller, updating customer IPs).

There is no longer a 404 error.
