That is an implementation detail that is discutable but not wrong ;):

• A normal mail account mean a local mailbox. Mails will be stored locally.
• A normal mail account + forward mail account mean that mails will be fowarded to other recipient(s) but also stored locally.
• A forward mail account doesn''t involve a local mailbox, hence the deletion of the mailbox (if any) when switching to a forward only mail account.

I think that I've already fixed the behavior in the 1.6.x branch to only remove mailboxes on account deletion, whatever the type. I'll check and backport the fix 1.5.4.

The development of a new version take time, mostly when new features come into play. i-MSCP 1.5.4 is still in heavy development and we cannot give you a release date. We never given any due date along our schedule, this to avoid useless discussion due to late time issues. A schedule is just a plan which can be subject to changes.

You'll be informed once our development branch will be stable enough for the testing phase. In the meantime, you can follow the work in progress at https://github.com/i-MSCP/imscp/commits/1.5.x-konzeptplus

If you have enabled DKIM for the domain (reseller side), you should be able to see the record at the client side: /client/opendkim. The records shown are those that you need to add manually in your DNS zone. You can even copy the rdata part in the clibboard.

i-MSCP stand for : internet Multi Server Control Panel, not for internet - Multi Host Configuration Panel.

No... You shouldn't have to edit the file manuallly...

As reseller, you must edit the customer domain properties, then make it able to act on disabled PHP functions (PHP editor)

As customer you need to unselect all PHP functions that you do not want be disabled

This is same as with default PHP version. As reseller, you need give the correct permissions to your customer (PHP Editor), then as customer, you need edit the PHP permissions.
