You can go into PHPMyAdmin and check the plugin table

The problem here is not about plugins. This is a php configuration problem.
Please, add my SSH key to your server (root access) and then, I'll fix it. Don't forget to send me your server IP too.

Hello Nuxwin,
I just sent it to your mail account. Thanks

Fixed.
BTW
- You're using an older version of i-MSCP (1.1.1) which is not longer supported by us
- You're using Debian Squeeze which is not longer supported (EOL)
- You're using a PHP version (PHP5.4) from dotdeb which is not recommended
- You've disabled dotdeb repository which explain why it was not possible to reinstall the php5-mcrypt package
- You've broken all your /etc/php5 directory with files created manually or moved from other locations
- You've reinstalled apache2 manually (mod_php/mpm_prefork) while fcgid was expected by i-MSCP
Solution was to
- Re-enable dotdeb repository in your sources.list file
- Remove php5-suhosin package from list of packages to install since it was not provided by dotdeb
- Purge any PHP related packages and remove the /etc/php5 directory
- Rerun the i-MSCP installer again
I would recommend you to learn a bit before changing anything on your server without knowing what you're doing.
