Correct, but i-MSCP is not yet supporting Debian Buster, phpswitcher is ready for it.

As far as I know, that Debian version will be supported in next release, not in this one yet.

You should also get an email with exception info, we need to know what the log files say, what the exception mailer says and what plugin you're trying to install, also which other plugins you have installed.
-
Make sure to check logs, if you can't find anything there, please post them here.
Put i-MSCP in debugging mode to get more meaningful logs.
When we find what actions have ran, and which haven't, maybe we can reverse the actions that have ran, or we can do the other actions manually.
-
If you do have them, please do post them so we can learn from them.

With the next release of i-MSCP, new versions of all plugins will be sent, as discussed before. PHP 7.3 will be part of the next PHPSwitcher plugin.
As Laurent (Nuxwin) has mentioned before, a lot of work has already been done, updating/testing/fixing the plugins remains and the release will have to wait to make sure all plugins are compatible.

Hi,
Support for PHP 7.2 will be added in next release of i-MSCP. I assume it will also be available in next phpswitcher release

Did you get any exception report in email, or do you have logging for this?
We need logging information to figure out what's going on. -
I'm using the Plugin and if i try to add a new Certificate you can define at "DNS-Name"
Preconfigured are the domain itself and the WWW
is it possible to define anywhere that per default there is also the MAIL
