Maybe it'd be a better idea to revoke certificates before shrinking them as well, to prevent these expiration emails for certificates that are no longer in use? Not all edge cases need to be worked out, but I think that these are things that are happening more often.
one thing i see.
I deleted a subdomain from i-mscp panel.
But certbot still tries to renew a cert for it.
Please check if the domain still exists in the letsencrypt table in the i-mscp database

With OVH you need to add a MAC address to the IP, which correspondents with the specific VM/Server.
Then you can add it to your machine.
If you really want help, you'll have to provide more information. (imscp version, distro, server implementation (dedicated/xen etc), settings screenshots etc.
I've had the same issue, after a server restart. Debian Jessie, imscp 1.4.4 and 1.4.7 (soon upgrading to 1.5.1).
Same thing here, I got about 10 of them, haven't received any of them for a few days now. Same info as TS.
