Error Modules::Domain::restore: bzcat: Can't open input file disvel: No such file or directory.

  • Hi all,
This looks like a possible file permission problem. Can anyone assist? One of my customers domains appears as "Unknown Error" in the domain list and when I enter into it to check via the control panel I see:

Modules::Domain::restore: bzcat: Can't open input file disvel: No such file or directory.

    Thanks,
    Rob

  • This fix exist from a long time now, version 1.1.6, so first, which version did you run actually ?

If not 1.1.13, consider upgrading to it also ;)

When you are reporting a problem, be sure to provide us all needed informations. This issue, as stated by @Athar and @kurgans, has been already addressed. Thus, we must really know which version you are using. Also, when you are reporting a problem, it's always a good idea to attach the relevant logs from /var/log/imscp which are filled only when the debug mode is enabled in your imscp.conf file).

    Thanks ;)

  • There shouldn't be any problems, but you should do backups before upgrading! :)

  • Same as Ninos: backup is the base of any systems anyways.

And for your information, I did this update (with some personnal modification of the installer, but this didn't change anything in the result) from 1.1.5 to 1.1.13, all good for me ;)

  • Good, now enjoy i-MSCP and next time, try to do some search before posting ;) (as this issue was present and take me 10 seconds to find it and Nuxwin solution ;) )
