Did you used the version 1.1.7 or the 1.1.6? I think you used the 1.1.6 version: http://trac.i-mscp.net/ticket/1090#ticket

That does not work 1.1.7. During the installation, a screen asks to enter the password for the SSL certificate. During the switching domain ssl it happens. I'm so sorry my English.

I don't think this is an error.
One of the SSL cert used has a password to "protect it" and ask you for giving it.
Well, after, I don't know why this cert is in /tmp -

Well, after, I don't know why this cert is in /tmpWell, the temporary files are expected. They are intermediate files used by the i-MSCP SSLCertificate library.
