Hey there,
yesterday (I think) the clamav-devs published a new debian wheezy version. After installing this version I cannot use anymore the daemon. My question is wrong here, but maybe someone else had/has the same problems. I get all the time following error:
[FAIL] There is no configuration file for Clamav. ... failed!also the freshclam.conf is corrupt (missing value for the LogRotate parameter). I purged the packages and installed them again, but have still the same errors.
Atm the plugin is deactivated, because otherwise I cannot send or recieve mails.

This fixed the first problem. No I have already a problem with the daemon:
