no permission to add/del folders

Hello, it's not allowed to create a directory at root of the Web folder. If you want really add that folder, you must disable the Web folder protection by editing the domain properties through the reseller interface. The creation of a directory outside the document root (htdocs), is a bad thing. A specific directory 00_private has been added for this purpose.
