I should probably kill you... You were not able to reinstall mysql because the permissions on / was set to 0750 instead of 0755. Therefore, the mysql user were unable to write into /tmp ... I should really ban you for the time lost...
BTW: Your system is really a mess... You should pay more attention to what you are doing and not to try all softwares you can found without further knowledges...
Well now, you must restore your databases and then run the imscp-autoinstall. For further help from my side, this will have a cost. I hate lost time for nothing.
Note: SQL root password is same as your system root password.
