this is the info window of i-mscp 1.0.3.0 setup, it tells you that build step is finished.
normally you just press "ok" and run those commands in terminal (write them down to paper before you press ok, so you don't forget them).
after the last command the installer will start where you have to answer few questions about the system configuration.
when everything is finished, the panel is enabled.

after that is finished, you have successfully installed the old 1.0.3.0 version of i-MSCP
what Linux distribution do you have? if its Debian Squeeze or newer, i would suggest you update it to i-MSCP 1.1.0 RC4.2. do not update to RC4.2 when you are still on Debian Etch.
