Postfix - Connection timed out

is hotmail still aviable?? Normally MS want to switch to outlook.com

Maybe firewall? What happens if you try to connect via telnet to port 25? Reachable?

no firewall, port 25 works correctly, email login works correctly.

The server sends emails with protocol IPV6 perfectly only gmail accounts, if postfix settings with protocol IPV4 is used alone, the server does not send any mail always gets the same error with any domain
