Lets Encrypt plugin v. 3.6.0 stuck at updating

  • i-MSCP 1.5.3

    Build: 2018120800

    Codename: Ennio Morricone

    iMSCP Version 3.6.0

    I tried to update the lets encrypt certificate, but now its stuck at "updating".

    What can I do to fix this?

    Right now I'm not able to uninstall / delete the plugin.

  • Same problem here...

    I'm not sure where to start to solve this problem. Is there a file where the panel logs messages regarding the update of Plug-Ins?

  • Sorry, I can't see any icon there:

    Yesterday I started the Request Manager manually and it is stuck too. This is the output:

    Any Idea?

  • Is your system up2date specifically the ca-certificates package?

    Code
    1. sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

    afterwards check the letsencrypt and ssl-certs tables with PMA and remove orphaned domain certificates

  • The manually started request manager ran since friday evening and this morning the plug-in magically showed status "active". But it will probably be a good idea if I look into the tables and remove any orphaned entry. This could indeed be the cause for this strange behavior

    Thanks for your help.
