if you use plugin phpwwitcher you can see phpinfo by your panel and get the path of the different versions of php you have compiled

How To php.ini files management with i-MSCP 1.5.3?
AS a reseller go to Hosting Plans \ Edit the plan. You must enable the php.ini editor in the features section and than you must edit the domain as reseller where you will found the php settings too.
