Problems after reconfigure MTA - iMSCP not accessible

Hi at all,

because a attempt to reconfigure the MTA to dovecot in iMSCP imscp-1.5.3-2018120800 on Debian 8.11 I 've tried to reconfigure the whole system - but nothing goes right...

Error-Message as following:

[ERROR] iMSCP::Stepper::_callback: Couldn't remove the `/var/spool/postfix/var/run/courier/authdaemon' directory: problem unlinking /var/spool/postfix/var/run/courier/authdaemon: cannot remove directory: Das Gerät oder die Ressource ist belegt

and nothing in imscp is running

I have no Idea, where I can search to fix the error... or in which logfile more informations about that...
Any help and advice is welcome

You need to know which process is blocking this device

lsof /var/spool/postfix/var/run/courier/authdaemon

You will see the pid and you can stop the process.

thanks for the hint, but nothing is shown after this command...

any other hints?

Either stop the processes or check it via htop as an example.

I've stopped some services by hand and reconfigured imscp new, all seems good...
