Check the log files. Without proper information, there is no way to help you.

You should also get an email with exception info, we need to know what the log files say, what the exception mailer says and what plugin you're trying to install, also which other plugins you have installed.

So basically put, you have a syntax error in one of your plugin config file. And it seem you know which plugin (InstantSSH) so the problem is on your side
