For the time being, our youtrack instance is in the free plan, that is, limited mode which involve 3 users only... That explain all the restrictions because we have 110 registered users.Sorry for inconveniences...

I meant as long as you can work with it during the "restricted" time (with the restricted functions), its not as bad as epxected.
