Phpswitcher install php 5.5 failed.

Hello,

My system debian 8.I has follow this url to fix debian 8 dep problem.

But it will failed can't found icu-config this command.I make sure it's install libicu-dev and icu-devtools these package.

Could I miss some action?

My system is Debian 8 with imscp 1.5.3

I manual download old libicu52 version and install it.I try install now.
