Problem 403 forbidden after install backuppc

    Goodmorning everyone,


    the server on which I installed imscp, must also be a backup for the production server and then installed the backuppc program, following the guide published at this address

    Unfortunately, backuppc in addition to not working, I created problems with imscp and I was able to access it again only with the update procedure.
    Now at the imscp panel I log in normally, but all sites return
    Forbidden You don't have permission to access / on this server. Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.


    and in the error log of the sites /var/log/apache2/site.it/error.log

    Can you please check the permissions of following folder: /var/www/virtual/[b]reseller[/b]/[b]domain.tld[/b]/htdocs/ with following commands:


    Shell-Script
    1. cd /var/www/virtual/reseller/domain.tld/htdocs/
    2. ls -la

    And give us the output please. It should look like attached picture (yellow marked)!


    NOTE: Please change "reseller" and domain.tld to your config / needs!
