    Hi,

I have some magento website on a server with imscp 1.5.3-2018120800.

The latest version of magento 2.4 requires at least mariadb 10.2 or better 10.4.

    Is it possible to upgrade?

Even if imscp is not guaranteed to work, I would like to try it, can you give me some advice?

    thank you

I did not find anything in the forum but I found the solution.

    first operation:
It is necessary as "administrator" to change the hosting plan and choose "external mail server" on "yes"

    second operation
It is necessary to enter the "end user" account, that of the hosting user, choose in the upper right menu "mail", then in the menu on the left "external mail server" and finally "active"

    Hello everyone,
I use imscp only for hosting while for e-mails I use external services.
The problem is when the php mail function sends to a domain registered in imscp and from the log of the mails it results "user unknow", therefore imscp searches the user locally.
Instead when I send to an external domain it works correctly.
How can I change this behavior and transmit all mail to the outside?
I tried to disable mail accounts with "-1" but it does not work.

    thank you

    Thanks Nuxwin,

I promise not to make more disasters

    This is the output

    Goodmorning everyone,

the server on which I installed imscp, must also be a backup for the production server and then installed the backuppc program, following the guide published at this address

    https://github.com/backuppc/ba…n-Ubuntu-Xenial-16.04-LTS

Unfortunately, backuppc in addition to not working, I created problems with imscp and I was able to access it again only with the update procedure.
Now at the imscp panel I log in normally, but all sites return
Forbidden You don't have permission to access / on this server. Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

and in the error log of the sites /var/log/apache2/site.it/error.log

[core:error] [pid 21027] (13)Permission denied: [client XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:56684] AH00035: access to /favicon.ico denied (filesystem path '/var/www/virtual/site.it/htdocs') because search permissions are missing on a component of the path, referer: http://www.site.it/

What can I check to fix the error? Thank you

hi, I needed to change ip address and then I used the command

    /var/www/imscp/engine/setup/imscp-reconfigure --reconfigure primary_ip

During the procedure he returned the error in the title of the post, which also posted a screenshot.

[ERROR] main::setupDbTasks: Modules::ServerIP::add: Couldn't bring up the `enp2s0:1001' network interface: RTNETLINK answers: File exists at /var/www/imscp/engine/setup/../PerlLib/iMSCP/Provider/NetworkInterface/Debian.pm line 100.
    ...propagated at /var/www/imscp/engine/setup/../PerlLib/iMSCP/DbTasksProcessor.pm line 496.

Now the panel is not responding and I can not use imscp anymore, can you help me?
    Thank you

Thanks for the quick response. At the end of the installation process with perl imscp-autoinstall -d imscp orders to execute the following four commands

    Code
    1. rm -fR /var/www/imscp{daemon,.engine,gui}cp -fR /tmp/imscp/* /rm -fR /tmp/imscpperl /var/www/imscp/engine/setup/imscp-reconfigure -d

After the last command, perl /var/www/imscp/engine/setup/imscp-reconfigure -d, I have this error

    Code
    1. [FATAL] Servers::httpd::apache_php_fpm::installer::_guessSystemPhpVariables: Couldn't guess `Servers::httpd' PHP configuration parameter value: directory doesn't exists. at /var/www/imscp/engine/setup/../PerlLib/Servers/httpd/apache_php_fpm/installer.pm line 224, <$fh> line 184.

    HI everyone,

in my new installation on ubuntu 16.04, after installing with imscp-reconfigure -d, and after executing the four induced commands, I see this error

    Code
    1. [FATAL] Servers::httpd::apache_php_fpm::installer::_guessSystemPhpVariables: Couldn't guess `Servers::httpd' PHP configuration parameter value: directory doesn't exists. at /var/www/imscp/engine/setup/../PerlLib/Servers/httpd/apache_php_fpm/installer.pm line 224, <$fh> line 184.

I can not understand the problem thanks
