PhpSwitcher New php versions

It is times again not that you can install it with the plugin.
I know @Nuxwin that you have come from your vacation but I just wanted to have told you.

Hallo,

you can compile PHP 7.1.3 with PhpSwitcher 3.0.1.

I have test it and ist is working.

perl /var/www/imscp/gui/plugins/PhpSwitcher/PhpCompiler/php_compiler.pl --auto-setup --force-last 7.1

Ok I had not tested with the version of php7.1 but only the 7.0 and there it did not go therefore I have the first not tested my error.

So the 7.1.3 makes it with me synonymous but the 7.0.17 not.
