Plugin MaildirQuota

    Would be nice to have a Maildir Quota Plugin which performs following actions:


    - show a maildir overquota warning on top of the clientarea ( Panel)
    - quota inspection of all mail accounts checked by cron
    - reject immediately incoming mails w/ maildir overquota message for all overquota accounts and remove blocking if maildir quota status ok

    Add as much details as you can, include sketches or other ideas for the plugin, make it as complete as possible.
