Gmail spam policy

    Hello ,
    MY clients complained that they have a problem with sending of mail to users of gmail and yahoo.
    Any mail sent to these email providers goes into the spam folder.
    I have install openDKIM .
    That log shows me that everything with the DKIM it`s ok.

    The reverse of IP it`s not the problem.

    @All the problem you mention is classic - gmail has its own rules to decide if message is spam or not.


    You have to check on mail-tester.com, then check on mxtoolbox.com your IP regarding blacklists issues and also MX issues (revdns, ptr etc).



    If everything will be okay, then only way is to remove messages sent from your server from spam directory into inbox. Futher messages will not be threaten as spam. I was having several issues in all the time I'm doing stuff with servers and that's the only way...

    Thanks for your post but i learn from @Nuxwin first to read ask my question first in google.
    I decided to ask the question here because we use the plugin witch is part from I-MSCP , and anyone from the community can be faced with the same problem.
    I've done everything you need before i post .I have installed OpenDKIM(plugin)and use many tools to check the key indicates that it is valid, but test mail that gives:

    The same results show me when i try with mail-tester.
    I'm figth two days and i read alot of tutorial in google.
    Everhing looks fine for me in OpenDKIM and dns records it's fine.

    Does it actually say d=mailaddress in your logs?


    It should be d=sending_domain_name.tld, so maybe there is a mistake in your config?

    This evening i make a reinstall of the plugin and see this error in mail.log
