Before two/three days I update i-mscp to 1.2.15. In installation not have errors, but when I go in Pydio or any other ftp client to re-change some files. softwares tells that have connection with server, but can't look the list of files.
Then I open I-mscp forum and write one post. I have reply to other same post in who is written that we must wait 1.2.16 version to fix this and we must stop and start proftpd.
OK, I go in console of server and type this command
and it doesn't happend, next i try with

but result no have.
I back in forum here and look that my post is selected so "patched" and this morning I look that have new version, ok, I immediately I update to 1.2.16, but no have change. I try again to stop and start proftpd but, no change....
Now what I to do, and what information u need to receive.
Now I will attach two pictures from Pydio when login and after this when restart

Something new?
I tested different ftp clients...
From 5-6 client, so FileZilla, WinCP, Cuteftp and other only CuteFTP 9 can show the files, Pydio so cant show the files...
Ok, I look that have new 1.2.17, first I update!
Problem found (not imscp fault)
You are behind a nat and your public IP has changed.
Your public ip is now 8x.22x.16x.1x
But in i-MSCP conffile you have 9x.24x.14x.1x
So that cannot work due to wrong masquerade IP in use by ProFTPD...
In order, you must rerun the installer to update the public IP
When asked, select your private IP and after, enter the new Public IP which is now: 8x.22x.16x.1x
Edit:
It seem that even when updating public IP address, the problem persist with some clients... In your case, the MasqueradeAddress parameter from ProFTPD was the problem. So, I commented it in the /etc/proftpd/propftpd.conf file and restarted ProFTPD. So now, each time you update your i-MSCP version, you'll have to comment that parameter.
I'll do some searches about this problem which is not related to i-MSCP.
My fracken internet provider changed the Ip and I think that I changed..., but seems not related
Thanks for finding the problem and the solution.
