How can I automatically point "http://mail.domain.com" to the Webmail Interface e.g. /webmail or /rainloop

I think this is what you need. Hooks::Apache2::Tools::Redirects
But i don't know wheter it works with 1.2.x
There you have to ask the Dev itself -

No the tools redirect is for domain.tld/webmail|ftp|pma not mail.domain.tld
Therefor a thread already exists. Please use the search function
