da suche und suche ich und dabei ist schon alles dabei Nochmal super Arbeit 1+, allerdings für die Doku 6 setzen ;). Also kurz:
1. config von mangesieve aktivieren und ggf. anpassen, was normal wohl nicht nötig ist
2. plugin in roundcube aktivieren
3. filterregeln erstellen

ich hatte inzwischen im Netz gesucht, weil ich keinen Benachrichtigungsmail über deine Antwort erhalten habe und auch auf diese Seite gestoßen. Bei den ganzen Anleitungen / Beschreibungen fiel mir immer wieder auf, dass Dovecot als LTA installiert wurde. In der i-MSCP Version ist es wohl nicht so. Aber ich stecke da noch nicht tief genug im Thema und von daher wäre es schön wenn jemand der es aktuell nutzt sich zu Wort melden könnte.

Dann muss ich mir mal ansehen wie das mit dem Ticket funktioniert. Natürlich habe ich bevor ich postete schon im Netz gesucht, aber so ganz schlüssig waren mir die Anleitungen nicht, sodass ich nichts risikieren wollte. Werde dann wohl noch ausgiebiger suchen müssen...

Entweder ist es schon so spät oder du sprichst in Rätzeln ;). Willst du sagen, damit ich eine Info zur Integration bekomme, muss ich ein Ticket auf machen ;)? Dachte dafür wäre das Forum da...

ich habe von Courier auf Dovecot bei meiner rc1.4 umgestellt. Nun wolte ich laut dem Wiki die serverseitige Filterung von Spam in den Junkmailordner vornehmen, ich kann allerdings die dort im Wiki angesprochene Konf nicht finden. Was muss man noch alles installieren oder konfiguriern, damit Sieve funktioniert?

Yes you are right. I choose dovecot mainly while i can use sieve on serverside and the user could it use with an roundcube plugin, i have read. but if i talk to the dev i will notice that after migrating from courier the packages still there. is that purpose, or an mistake or what is behind that. if imscp doesnt need it after switching to courier could i deinstall it?

i upgrade from Courier to Dovecot on rc4 with option --reconfigure. So far ok. But i cant now reseive any mails. Log says:
permission denied on /etc/dovecot/dovecot.conf
rights are 0640 for root:mail
and i tried
4,0K -rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 1,5K 27. Feb 15:06 dovecot.conf
but the problem resist. Need help

Puh ok Problem gefunden und gelöst. Ursache: root:root auf /etc/dovecot -> chown root:mail und postfix flush = ok - denke es ist ein Problem im Script: ggf. hier ändern:http://trac.i-mscp.net/ticket/537#comment:5

the migration from courier to dovecot works very well -good job. but how is the handling of the mailquota now? i use rc4 and want to offer a mailpaket with 2gb mailbox, but how are the limits and the automatism behind that?
