Solution 1: remove the php5-snmp package
Solution 2: install snmp package
The solution you choose depends on your needs. Personally I'll remove the php5-snmp package.

If you use POP3 to download your e-mails you are not going to download the SPAm folder contents.
But if you use IMAP, you are going to sync everything (naturally you need to subscribe to the folders).
Is your i-MSCP Server behind NAT ?
