Hello someone knows because not download ** SPAM (mail)** in thunderbird and other programs (POP3) k-9 (use IMAP) mail, however roundcube appear in the spam folder.

Is the SPAM folder subscribed for downloads?

If you use POP3 to download your e-mails you are not going to download the SPAm folder contents.
But if you use IMAP, you are going to sync everything (naturally you need to subscribe to the folders). -
