As far as I know there's no mass import tool at present.
But if you look at the database, it shouldn't be so hard to impolement a SQL query that does what you are trying to do using the command line or phpMyAdmin.

Meine Internet Verbinding in Büro hat auch 2 Verbindungen mit 2 Providers. Es gibt Viele Parametern auf dem Firewall, um ein richtiges Tuning zu machen…

This could be one of the issues, but this don't generally lead to a segfault failure.
Segfault can come from multiple sources, defected plugins/extensions loaded, ram/cpu not enough for the server load, etc.
Try increasing the MaxRequestWorkers and see what happens. Check the server usage (CPU/RAM) during normal operations and also during a heavy load...
/var/log/apache2/error.log for example ?!
