Eso es problema de que dejarias un paso sin hacer , migrado todo

Una vez que has terminado has quitado la ip incorrecta y quedado con una sola ip ---
vuelve a ejecutar perl imscp-autoinstall -d, que vuelva a renegerar todo.
.. importante solo tener la ip que va a funciona en base_serverip
El sistema esta dando error por que la que tiene el dominio y la que tiene asignada es diferente.

You have to first set up mariadb 10.1, for this you must run

La opcion filtros no te aparece por que despues de cambiar ese valor debes irte a los plugins nuevamente en el panel marcar RoundCube y actualizar ...
De forma te refleje los cambios
P.d: Me pienso que habras instalado los paquetes adicionales que tienes en el archivo Readme.md
