Are you still running the download script as you've posted in another thread?
If yes, it could be using a lot of memory to spawned PHP processes to handle downloads/uploads.
An advice, if you are going to run a download site, use a dedicated server. -
The threat is real, and nginx have released a fix. Read more on their website.

Moving this thread, since this is not really a i-MSCP problem, but a configuration matter for a webscript.

The NGiNX team can not confirm this vulnerability. A last statement from the team:
QuoteWe've been also directly approached by Qihoo team couple of days ago.
After a thorough examination we can tell the following:
http://mailman.nginx.org/piper…nx/2013-April/038701.html
Basically, we believe that nginx code distributed by Nginx Inc. is not affected by
the above mentioned report.Source: Openwall.com
This probably means it can be related to a package provided by a distribution or an alternative mirror like dotdeb (.deb, .rpm etc) , which one is unknown.

As far as I know, there is only one false positive, I haven't experienced any others then the one you are experiencing.

It's a false positive. Ignore it.
You are not infected. This has been asked before on the forum.
