Hello I need to know how to Increase Import Size Limit in phpMyAdmin.

I followed this thread without success. Increase upload limit PhpMyAdmin i-mscp 1.2.x

my /var/www/fcgi/master/php5/php.ini file value are
memory_limit = 64M
post_max_size= 1G
upload_max_filesize =1G

my Import Size Limit in phpMyAdmin is max: 1,024MiB

Server specs,
I-mscp 1.2.9
Debian 7 32bit

About cron: i-MSCP and some 3rd party components (such as addons and plugins) register their cron tasks into the /etc/cron.d/imscp file using the i-MSCP cron server implementation. However, i-MSCP do not provides any cron feature for customers. This is what gOOvER meant. Of course, such feature will be implemented in near future. It's already planned.

At first. You are using a very old version of i-MSCP. The current RC is more than stable as your version.
The error of the extension seams like you had activated a modul by your own. So you have to look in the folder /etc/php/conf.d and search there for the path in the ini files
