Cannot connect to my FTP and Webmail

    Hi there,
    Today I updated iMSCP. I have 1.2.8v.


    But my problem is that I can not connect to the ftp server with hosting credentials. I created a new user, reset the password and nothing...
    I fell the same in the email configuration.


    What i can do?

    Did you actually create an email account and an FTP-account or are you trying to log in with your domain name

    I don't understand nothing. Does it work now or not?

    Log file which are under the /var/log/proftpd directory, e.g: /var/log/proftpd/proftpd.log


    And also, be sure that proftpd is running.

    From which version you have updated? Are you using ftp or ftps?
