Problem found. The uid/gid of your users in the i-MSCP admin database table (also in ftp related tables) doesn't matches with those from the /etc/passwd file. You can either fix them yourself or pay for online support. See http://i-mscp.net/index.php/User/650-Nuxwin/#about for more informations. For instance I've fixed the designstreet.hu domain but not others.
