Mail Quota Problem

    possible Email accounts: 100
    using 6 of 100 mail accounts


    If the customer try to add a new email account:

    1. You cannot add new Email account. You have already assigned all your Email quota to other mailboxes. Please first, review your quota assignments.

    If, for the 6 mailboxes, you already set all the disk quota limit (of the user account), that will explain why.


    You can let the user the possibility to have 1 millions emails account, if you have 5 mailboxes with quota limit to 100MB, you'll not be able to add more.


    Well, this is how I understand the actual quota system. It allocate all the space to the mailbox, even if not used. You can't over-assign the space you didn't have in maximum.
