Move from php-fpm to something else

Hallo,

during installation there is a question if you want to install php-fpm, fcgi, ...

After installing Ubuntu 14.04 LTS there are some php-fpm troubles. Is it possible to switch to e.g. fcgi in a "productive" environment

Just run:

Shell-Script

and select the Httpd server implementation you want use. This will install needed packages and rebuild files.
