First, you must note that the problem has nothing to do with the selected server implementation (fcgid) which is used only for customers sites. The bug you are reporting is already fixed normally. Please post the content of your /etc/imscp/nginx/nginx.data file.

After I switched back to Apache fcgid went there again without problemme however, all plugin not go.

is this normal it always comes Error 404 page

The nginx-panel branch is not for you You are not able to follow the timeline to see if something has been fixed or not before posting here so please, don't use that branch.

Fcgid has nothing to do with the panel here. In that branch, the panel is run through nginx with a dedicated fastCGI handler.
The plugin issue has been fixed already in that commit: http://trac.i-mscp.net/changes…5c13a5be6a21231545eb54ff5

Some problems still persist. The best for you is to not use an experimental branch for now.
