seems there is a problem with roundcube:
the /tmp folder inside webmail have chmod 550
could this be the reason, because I thought it should have 777?

there is just xcache in use ... and I have installed the spamassassin plugin 2 weeks ago
the /tmp folder looks unused (empty) that's why am asking for folder permissions ...Regards

The tmp folder is not used normally. Try to run the /var/www/imscp/engine/setup/set-gui-permissions.pl script.

As already said: The temp folder from roundcube is not used with imscp. Please look at the config/main.inc.php config and say me what is the value of the $rcmail_config['temp_dir'] parameter

The path must be /var/www/imscp/gui/data/tmp normally

hmm, do you think the spamassassin plugin could be the problem?
