upgrade from imscp-1.1.0-rc3 to imscp-1.1.0-rc4

You can update to last master if you want no wait 1.1.0-rc4.1. The bug is already fixed in it.

please update to rc 4.1. It's not enough to change the one file. There are also some more Bugs fixed.
