Domain Delete Error

What i-MSCP version you are using? Without further information, we can not help you. Please enable the debug mode in the /etc/imscp/imscp.conf file, go to the debugger in the panel (as admin), change the domain status, try again and provide us the logs from /var/log/imscp for the involved domain.

I don't see any error in the log file you provided. The domain has been disabled (as I see); Please install teamviewer on you desktop and send me the IDS if you want further help.
