after some sleep
thanks for the replies guys.
i just written of to my vps provider for them to upgrade my vps to
ubuntu 12.04 LTS 64bit. since it is forbidden for the client to do it as the vps container will crash ..... so i await an answer.
in the meantime......
i looked here..... https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LTS and i notice that 10.04 LTS will go out some time in 2015. so i went to my vps and looked at all the ubuntu images that is supported and i noticed that they offer
Ubuntu 10.0.4 x86_64.
since im on 11.04 now which is not LTS, im wondering. would it make sense to redo my vps to 10.04.
but the question is does 1.1.0.3 rc3 work with that distribution?
to tell you the truth i dont even know if im going about this the correct way. lololol. :D:D:D atleast it beats having nothing on a big empty vps lol
