[split] i-MSCP Roundcube Password Changer (Dovecot && Courier)

  • ich habe es getestet eben und es gehtalles nur da ich ja von ispcp upgedatet habe muste ich in der config anstat mysql://root:????@localhost/imscp'; das hier eintragen

  • Trebuie sa recunosc ca-mi place ideea de a implementa roundcube in i-mscp, dar roundcube-ul nu trebuie sa inlocuiasca squirrelmail-ul care si el ca webmail este destul de folosit. Legat de solutia in roundcube ca utilizatorul sa poata schimba parola, pare destul de buna dar nu cumva este un security bug?

  • Realmente seria bastante bueno poder contar con esta utilidad por defecto en el roundcube y que éste pueda reemplazar a Squirrelmail.

  • @ gOOvER, If I remember correctly email addresses and they're passwords are kept in an MySQL database, Roundcube is using other database than this with different username and password for the database. The solution I guess is that Roundcube will have permissions on the i-mscp database. Is that OK?

  • Only to table mail-users. Still a bug can do enough damage. But, software seems good enough

    I've been using roundcube for a while and i've been more than satisfied (could also say the same thing about my customers).


    Also, why root privileges for roundcube?!? Roundcube gets its users through postfix, it doesn't even access the i-mscp database, it has it's own database that it populates on first logins (at least in my setup).
