Default php version 7.0

And not install php versions: 5.3 5.4 5.5 5.6 7.1 7.2 7.3 7.4

Compile those PHP version are more of a problem, really.

Still an issue with broken packages dependency... and you still try to compile it.

Once again, as you fail to do so, just use the PACKAGED VERSION.
