SpamAssassin stuck in Installation in Progress..

hello togehter,

sorry for my bad english

i have remove before some days the plugin "SpamAssassin" because i had problems with install the phpswitcher.

totay i have try to install the Spammassassn again, first i had a problem like: this Post.

after remove the dubbele entrys in the mySQL db, i can restart the installations procidre again, since that moment it get stucks

additionally i can not send mails and receive mails.

i have start the same request in "German Corner" : here, too.

the SpamAssassin is not important, but i need to send mails,

i hope, someone can show me the correct way.

but no entrys in adminpanel to confugre the spamassassin
