cgi can't run in imscp 1.5.3

Hello,

I have old imscp 1.3.16.It's can run cgi web file.The url is follow:

http://vu2154sub713.panel.cityagogo.com.tw/

But when I move all web file to imscp 1.5.3 it's can't run.

http://chu.minsu918.com.tw/

It's miss more pic.I don't know what is this problem.Could any friend help me?

I also test simple script.

In th imscp 1.3.16 is ok.

But in imscp 1.5.3 is not working

How to fix it?
