during autoinstallation I've got such an error:

What might be the reason behind such an error and how to resolve it?

Also those 2 lines get automatically uncommented:

deb https://packages.sury.org/php/ stretch main

deb-src https://packages.sury.org/php/ stretch main

in sources.list in apt config

Searching thru logs I stumbled upon this:
