i-MSCP phpswitcher 4.0.3 und Service unavailable

  • Hallo zusammen,

    Edit2:

    Ok hier scheints zu harpern:

    [Wed Jul 25 20:48:30.721385 2018] [proxy_fcgi:error] [pid 13876:tid 140279436015360] [client 92.209.43.231:51875] AH01079: failed to make connection to backend: httpd-UDS

    Support Infos: I-MSCP Version: 1.5.x / Distro: Debian Stretch / PHP: 7.1.27 - FPM / I-MSCP Plugins: Let´s Encrypt + PHPSwitcher (latest Versions)

The command is wrong. Please switch to UDS using the correct command line option, that is:

    Code
    1. perl /var/www/imscp/engine/setup/imscp-reconfigure -dr php

Next time please, post in the right section Support and in english !

BTW: You should also switch to Per site PHP configuration.

Added the Label not a bug
  • Hello, i try in Englisch, but ist very bad and Rusty!

i reconfugures at you say. PHP per Site ist selectet, PHP ist switched to UDS, so good so far.

Select in phpswitcher PHP 7.1 = Service unavailable / PHP 5.6.32 are good.

The Logs in /vasr/logs/phpswitcher/psq7.1-fpm.log are fine?:

    service psw7.0-fpm status says:

    Code
    1. Jul 25 20:57:38 xxx systemd[1]: Stopping The PHP 7.0 FastCGI Process Manager...
    2. Jul 25 20:57:38 xxx systemd[1]: Stopped The PHP 7.0 FastCGI Process Manager.

    Bad?

Edit: And yes all PHP Versions in phpswitcher at Controlpanel are fine and OK

  • Please give us access to both the server and control panel for investigation.

The problem is due to the fact that you have run the Let's Encrypt Certbot client manually (with Apache plugin). In other words, you have generated a lucifor.de-le-ssl.conf LE vhost for SSL which is not managed by i-MSCP and which take precedence over the one generated by i-MSCP. Once I've disabled that unmanaged vhost, the problem has been fixed. You should really considere to purchase our LetsEncrypt plugin do avoid such problems.

In order, I've done the following:

    1. I've switcher the PHP version for the lucifor.de domain to PHP 7.1: Result: 503 error
    2. I've disabled the lucifor.de-le-ssl.conf vhost ( a2dissite lucifor.de-le-ssl.conf && service apache2 reload Resut: No more error.

Note that I've done that only for the lucifor.de domain. I let's you manage the issue for other domains for which you have also generated a Let's Encrypt vhost...
